Issue identified : Customer is being billed by LinkedIn


Solution Implemented : Called the customer / Explained who we are / Assisted the customer to check his account / We discovered that he posted an Job posting / Assisted the customer to close the ad and delete his account (Select the Accounts tab at the top of the page > Under the Subscriptions section, click Closing your LinkedIn account.) / No other issues raised /  Issue Resolved / Answer Accepted
