Please turn off the Cable box and unplug from the wall outlet for 10-15 seconds. Plug it back in and turn it back on. Wait for the box to reboot and when it is ready use the remote and check if it will change the channels.

Issue identified : Channel button not working on the remote


Solution Implemented : Called the customer / Assisted the customer to reset the Cablebox (Menu > Settings > Reset) / Turn off the receiver and unplug it from the wall outler / Reinsert the batteries of the remote / Customer can now change the channels / Issue Resolved / Answer Accepted
