Dear Andy, It was a pleasure helping you with your iPhone issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :
Incorrect apple Id signed in to iphone.
Solution Implemented :
Call customer
Assisted in getting a new password for the wrong Apple Id thru iforgot.apple.com
then signed out of the iphone.
Signed in using the correct Apple ID thru settings > Sign in.
Checked iTunes and appstore and now also shows the correct Apple ID
