I cannot get the Text Engine in Adobe InDesign to set for left-to-right text. And the punctuation is coming at the beginning of the sentences instead of the end. Have not been able to get it fixed using suggestions on forums.

Issue identified : Text are typing right to left
Solution Implemented : Called the customer / Remotely accessed the computer / Reinstalled the InDesign software and put the 2019 version / Open the template and it is still happening / Try a black document and it is working fine / We discovered that the problem is the format of the template that he is using / Changed the pararagraph settings to left to right / Changed the alignment to left / Issue Resolved / Answer Accepted
