I am trying to use my nook hd with the supplied cable to transfer books and videos from my computer to my nook but my computer will not recognize the device. it shows an MTP device connected but will not access any files on the nook or let me move any files to it.
I am running an asues desktop operating on windows XP with service pack 3 and media player 11 installed.
