Issue identified :

Sear Engine on his mac was changed autmatically and wants to change it back to Google

Solution Implemented :

Call customer / Remote Access

Assisted in going to Safari

Clicked on Preferences > Search and changed the search engine to Google via the search engine selection

Save settings > Restarted the computer and tested the search

Issue resolved
