Please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to Google My Business.
  2. Click Info from the menu.
  3. Click the section that you want to change, then enter the new information in the box that appears. 
  4. Click Apply.

I have a problem with the listing for my company.  When you type in my companies name, my fathers and brother companies come up.   I have reviews on my company, they are customers of my dads and brothers not mine.  I need to get these reviews off of my page.  When you type in my business name (JC Systems, Inc.) it comes up JC Systems and Advanced Plumbing.  I am not a plumbing company.  My company only pumps septic tanks.  JC Septic Tank is no longer in business.   My dad owned that company and he has passed away.  I guess this is to confusing for customers because JC Systems and Advanced Plumbing comes up, JC Septic Tank and JC Septic Tank and Plumbing comes up too.

Thanks for your response and apologize for the delay. Please follow these steps in order to remove or report the wrong review on your page.

  1. Sign in to Google My Business.
  2. If you have multiple listings, open the location you'd like to manage.
  3. Click Reviews from the menu.
  4. Find the review you'd like to flag, click the three dot menu , then click Flag as inappropriate.

I don't want to create a webpage.  When you go into the engine search and type in JC Systems, Inc in Santa Fe, JC Systems & Advanced Plumbing, JC Septic Tank and JC Plumbing and Septic Tank comes up.  No JC Systems, Inc.  JC Systems & Advanced Plumbing was closed in 2014.  JC Septic Tank and JC Plumbing and Septic Tank was shut down in 2016 after my father passed away.  I would like to take these off the engine search and put the new name of the company (JC Systems, Inc) only.  I opened my own company after the passing of my parents.  So I have nothing to do with the reviews for those companies and I do not want people to be confused when looking for my company on the engine search.
