Make sure that the TV input is in the right HDMI.

Press input or source on the remote and select the HDMI where the Black box is conected.

right now it's on "TV". I do remember though, the old TV was on HDML2 I believe.

Ok try switching it the other hdmi.

Press input or source on the remote to choose the hdmi otions. Let me know what happen.

I don't have any other options for HDMI. It's connected to 'cable box/disc player' No options there.

TV box bot working

Solution Implemented :

Call customer

Assisted to verify all connections are fine.

Move the HDMI cable to HDMI1

Advised customer to use the remote and choose input and select HDMI 1
