Issue identified :
Customer cannot log in to her Mac book (forgotten her password).
Solution Implemented :
Call customer
Assisted in resetting the log in password using OSx utilities
Held CMD button and R when turning on the computer
Selected terminal and ran password reset
Password changed
assisted customer in making a new password
Restarted the computer and customer tried to log back in
