 Dear Linda, It was a pleasure helping you with your Apple issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.


Issue identified : Unable to access her gmail account


Solution Implemented : Called the customer / Remotely accessed the computer (sent to her email) / Assisted the customer to check if her account is working and if she is using the correct password / Successfully signed in to her account / Assisted the customer add the account to her iPhone (Mail App > Add Account > Google > Enter the credentials) / Successfully added the account / Customer can now send and recieve emails using her Gmail account / No other issues raised / Customer is happy with the assistance / Issue Resolved / Answer Accepted
