How many IG accounts do you have? 

Alright .Is the main one linked to a facebook account?

Did you try to remove and reinstall the app and try logging back in? 

May I know the email or phone associated to the original account? 

OK. I don't see any records or account  associated   to that phone number.  Did you not enroll an email to the main account? 

Try sending this online form https://help.instagram.com/contact/ ***-***-**** 289083 . There's a possibily that your account got a red flag  that is why you're not getting the link  for the password reset or no email was enrolled and confirmed for the account recovery. 

You'll need to fill out the form and need to wait for the review process to recover and reset the password via email that you'll provide.
