Advised customer that it is a server problem and not his devices.

Advised to talk to Shaw regarding the outgoing mail server for any current issues.

Will call customer again later for update.

20633   Fernando, problem solved.  I just phoned shaw and they solved it.   unfortuneately, I spend my money on expert help for nothing.  At least you were nie talk to.

Cannot send mail

Solution Implemented :

Call customer

Verified that the receiving email is ok but the sending is not accepting his password.

Advised customer to call The email provider "Shaw" as the problem is most likely on the outgoing mail server.

Customer replied that shaw has fixed it when he called.
