No audio or visual
OK. Try the steps below
Press the Menu and Down buttons simultaneously on the Apple remote for 5-6 seconds
Hold till the indicator light on the Apple TV starts blinking rapidly, then release the buttons.
Now, unplug the power cord of your Apple TV, then plug it in again after at least 3-5 seconds
Then try to play a movie again . Let me know if it will make a difference.
Could it be a battery problem with the AppleTV remote?

Your remedies seem to have worked. The visual is fine but how to I get the audio?

Have you tried adjusting the volume using the TV remote ?
no but the subtitles are on the screen in addition to the visual
the tv remote does not produce any audio

Issue identified : delete other 3 accounts
Solution Implemented: call | remote access | check sign in configuration | customer sign in to both accounts uisng the same account she wants to keep | other accounts are very similar to the account she wants to use| some friends will not accept her request because friends were confused abut her accounts | change profile photo and configure profile | assisyt in posting an update withj regards to her new account | send reqwuest to other accounts to ba a fake account and request deactivation and deletion| accepted asnwer
