Dear Joe, It was a pleasure helping you with your Google issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

Cannot connect to internet

Solution Implemented :

Call customer / Remote Access

Checked the Wifi and the computer is connected to a wrong Wifi signal.

The computer is currently hooked up to the portal of the router

Assisted customer in connecting to the Wifi name.

Removed all extensions in Chrome

tested internet and email

Issue resolved
