Dear Marilyn , It was a pleasure helping you with your HP issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

HP printer will not print.

Solution Implemented :

Call customer / Remote Access

Assisted customer in checking the printer error.

Problem is that the printer got disconnected from the Wifi

Assisted customer in reconnecting the printer back to the router thru set up > Wifi Set up Wizard and selecting her Wifi network name

Printer is now connected back to the router

Set the computer thru control panel to detect the printer.

Issue resolved
