Dear Robert, It was a pleasure helping you with your Google issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :
Lost google activity
Solution Implemented :
Call customer / No Device to remote in to
Checked his apple iPad and found he is signed in to google using his aol address
Checked google for another account he might have used but there were no account.
customer does not have another google account - name was not registered and phone is not linked to google aside from the current aol account.
Advised customer that it is possible He was using google browser as a guest user.
Since Yelp directed him to send an email thru gmail he was directed to make a google account and sign up to google which overwrites whatever information he has on the Chrome browser.
Customer understand what happen. Advised customer to continue using this new account he signed in to So all his Google activity will be saved to an account from here on.
