no changes to anything, maybe an upgrade to other programs, but not for this one. all other five adobe programs working only photoshop not working.

Solution Implemented : Called the customer / Remotely accessed the computer / We checked the version of his OS (Mojave) / Assisted the customer to allow the App to contol his computer (System Preferences > Security and Privacy > Accessibility) / We tested the Photoshop App and it is working properly / Issue Resolved / Answer Accepted
