no so i put my new email address  in but whrn i try to put my passwotd in it rejected it

Solution Implemented :

Call customer

Assisted customer in resetting her password thru amazon.com.au

Password changed

Customer was able to register the Kindle

customer wants to change her credit card info on her account - Advised customer to call amazon as we do not handle credit card / snsitive information
