All of a sudden last week, the job preview in Corelx4 stopped working and reads only preview unavailable. Can some one help

May I ask If you are using a Windows or a MAC PC to open your corel?

Dear Douglas, It was a pleasure helping you with your Corel issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

File Preview for Corel is not working

Solution Implemented :

Call customer / Remote Access

Assisted in checking the problem is that there is a newer version of corel on his Computer which associates file preview.

Change the File Association of CDR file to open with X7 version of Corel Draw.

File preview now is working.

Advised customer that Opening the file itself will triger the X7 but opening X4 and choosing the file from the Open menu will let him open the file in X4 both with File Preview working
