All of a sudden my iPad mini is saying it must be activated. I do not understand what happened I have been using it right along and all of a sudden I am Locked out I cannot use it at all. It is asking me for my Apple ID and password which I do not remember. I am stumped can you help? I will give you my husband Email as I cannot use my iPad to get my mail. It is s**s@att.net. My email is w**g@gmail.com

Issue identified :

Forgot Apple ID password

Solution Implemented :

Call customer and assisted in resetting the apple ID password thru iforgot.apple.com

Password changed

customer entered the new password in the activation page

iPad is now Activated and working.
