I need to upgrade the Mc Os I cant do it It says there is no Os available on my computer What can I do?

Upgradingthe Mac OSX depends on the machine's hardware capability ifit can handle the new OSX. May I know the exact modelor year of your MAC?

Dear Maria, It was a pleasure helping you with your Apple issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : cx cant upgrade to the  latest version of OSX
Solution Implemented : called cx and found out that her MAC which was release mid 2010 is not capable anymore in upgrading to the latest OSX due to hardware limitations. Checked also the printer that she bought and found out that the older osx version that the printer can use is OSX version 10.7 and what she have on the computer is OSX 10.6. Told cx that she can return the printer to amazon forf a refund an get a new printer that  can handle her Imac. provided cx HP printers that are compatible with her MAC OSX. cx has no further questions. answer accepted.
