Issue identified :
Assiatnce in recovering his original Facebook account.
Solution Implemented :
Call customer
We found an account under his old email which is now disabled.
We also recovered an account he recently made under his phone number
Customer claimed that while he was using Facebook when he got back to the account he was then logged out saying session expired and his password is not working.
Advised customer that the account is on a disabled state and possibly his account was hacked changing his password and Facebook disabling the account
Assisted customer in logging in using the new account he made and advised to start using the new one since he does not have acces to the old email as well for recovery
