Yes, I believe so; I am able to talk on my phone with the Hands Free Link. I drive a 2008 Acura MDX

It’s playing on my phone, but when a call comes in, I have the option of answering it on my car through the Hands FreeLink. It is listed on my Bluetooth as connected in my settings.

Can you try tapping once or 2 times and see if the panel will display Bluetooth audio.

Issue identified :

Inquiry on how to connect an Audio app Stream Amazon music to the Car's audio hands free link

Solution Implemented :

Call customer

Advised that She did not make a subscription but her question was posted and paid for one time only. Agreed

Advised customer that the Models 07 to 09 models does not support Bluetooth audio streaming.

The Handsfree link feature Only links Phones system to the dash.

The Newer models supports Bluetooth AUX which her MDX models does not have an option to Change AUX to bluetooth.

Advised customer of a Bluetooth plug in which he can purchase as a more advanced bluetooth module for her car.

Answer Accepted
