-called cx and his friend said that robert is not around and advised me to call after 3hours.

Dear Robert, It was a pleasure helping you with your Kindle issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : cx lost some of his books in his kindle
Solution Implemented : called cx and accessed his computer. We logged in to his amazon account and found all his books there but the books are like rented and never purchased. Instead of sending the books back to kindle, it says that he needs to buy the books again. customer confirmed that the books were never rented and he bought all those books few months/years back. told cx that there is nothing wrong with the kindle and the reason why the books doeasnt appear on the kindle because the amazon account sees it as books that was never purchased. told cx that the problem is the amazon account. provided cx phone number  ***-***-**** for Amazon/kindle to have his account checked. cx will contact amazon. no further questions .answer accepted.
