Issue identified :
Kindle Won't connect to the Wifi - Books are missing
Solution Implemented :
Call customer / Remote access and assisted in checking his wifi name and password on his computer
Connected the Kindle thru Kindle's Settings > Wireless > Selecting his Wifi name and typing his password
kindle is now connected and the Books are back on his library
