recently I keep seeing a light flashing on my handset of my Panasonic phone. Normally this would be I have a voicemail but there is no voicemail to retrieve. The handset screen reads I have a voice mail and to press VM. I tried pressing VM but the number 10 comes up to INT and then I head a busy signal....???? I would like to clear this flashing light

Dear Richard, It was a pleasure helping you with your Panasonic issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : handset vm light wont disappear
Solution Implemented : called cx and double checked the issue. found out that his xfinity voicemail is still active. helped cx accessed his xfinity voicemail and hear/deleted all messages there. vm light gone after hearing/deleting all messages. told cx that make sure that his panasonic answering machine is always on so that it will gonna answer first before the xfinity voicemail service. cx has no further questions. answer accepted.
