Issue identified :
Player Wll not stay on
Solution Implemented :
Call customer
Assisted in performing a power reset.
Unplugging Device from power and turning it back on.
Device is now staying ON but the play switch is not working.
Device is switched on play mode but it is pushing back to off.
Advised customer of a mechanical problem with he switches and Adised customer of bringing it to a local repair center.
Assisted custoer in finding vitage electronic repair in his area. since the Device is considered vintage and tape reader/player
