Thanks for waiting. Im here to help. On the activation page screen of your iPad it shows you a hint of the Apple ID like this (e*****@g*****.com). It is the email address that you used to register your iPad. Can you please check and provide me with the Apple ID so I can help you reset your password and activate your iPad?

Called the customer / Customer cant remember the Apple ID that was used to register the device / Customer will contact her daughter who setup the device to verify the Apple ID / Schedule a callback tomorrow 9PM EST
