Issue identified :

Assistance in transferring game progress from old to new ipad
Solution Implemented :

Call customer / No Device to remote in to

Checked the old game on the old pad and found that it is linked to FB

Assisted customer in going to the new ipad / Launch the Game ? Went to settings and relink it to Facebook

Game progress is now transferred and updated
