Most Samsung TVs have optical audio port and if  your TV has an available optical audio port the simple solution is to let your TV do the video switching since the 5803 does not have an HDMI . Connect your source devices (cable/satellite, dvd, etc) directly to the Samsung via HDMI then use an optical cable from the TVs digital audio out back to the Denon. That will be a digital sound signal.

Second option , would require a converter ( component to hdmi ) adding possible unnecessary complication and also reduce your audio down to a low quality analog stereo signal.
