Still unable to enter Facebook.  This problem has been going on constantly since September but usually I give a new password & it opens.  Phone 1+ ***-***-****

Solution Implemented :  old account got hacked  | able to recover 2nd account  | advise customer to write the username and pw for the 2nd account | assist on how to add friends  | able to log back in in facebook| accepted answer
