there is a software feature called ink flushing that can be ran on a computer.

ok from the control panel

go to Setup then  Maintenance

Then Print Head Alignment and press the OK button

Perform both horizontal and vertical alignments.

Follow the prompt on the printer to complete the alignments and try printing again.
