now my sudden link prpvider showed up then switched back to +add network which iswhere it is now

yes, it cycles through several and settles on on the one listing my provider + add network

I presses the choice listing my provicer and then next which gave me a skip which I replied don't skip and the page appearedthat gives me choices of choosiing my provider with the + add net work

Called the customer / We checked his router/modem and it shows that the customer is using an Arris modem / Explained to the customer that his modem dont have wireless capability / Advised that he will need to contact suddenlink and request for a wireless modem/router / Customer understand / No other issues raised / Customer is happy with the assistance / Issue Resolved
