Call customer and checked the status of the Computer
Computer is getting a No power issue
Tested the THE AC adapter alone without the batteryand no power
Tested The Battery Only and no power
Performed the power drain and still no power.
the power light indicator will turn on for few seconds and will turn off indicating for a power or lower power Issue
Advised customer to bring the laptop to a local tech since it is a Hardware problem that may require opening up the computer and testing the power board.
I also advised the customer to test a new AC adapter and if the repair will proceed, Ask for an estimate because the reapir may cost him near a new computer's price
