my dell laptop stopped working,i received the message on my tv saying no internet connection,when checking with my cable/internet provider,test were run,and it was determined that there was a good connection.i was then informed that the issue was with my computer.i am at a public library,but would like a phone call to help deal with this problem.i can be reached at 239.672.7397 anytime after 11am today.thank you,gerald scalzo.

Dear Gerald, It was a pleasure helping you with your HP issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

Computer not turning ON
Solution Implemented :

Call customer and checked the status of the Computer

Computer is getting a No power issue

Tested the THE AC adapter alone without the batteryand no power

Tested The Battery Only and no power

Performed the power drain and still no power.

the power light indicator will turn on for few seconds and will turn off indicating for a power or lower power Issue

Advised customer to bring the laptop to a local tech since it is a Hardware problem that may require opening up the computer and testing the power board.

I also advised the customer to test a new AC adapter and if the repair will proceed, Ask for an estimate because the reapir may cost him near a new computer's price
