Dear Fouad , It was a pleasure helping you with your Apple issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : Some that that was sent to him cant be downloaded
Solution Implemented : Called the customer / Assisted the customer to reboot his iPhone / Reopen the Dropbox and email App / We discovered that he was able to download the first 6 videos but not the other ones / We tried to download a different file and it works / Explained to the customer that the other clips that he is downloading might be corrupted / Send a test file and it working fine / We verified that the phone and dropbox is working / Advised to contact the sender and resend a new copy of the clips / Customer understand No other issues raised / Customer will use the remote as his phone upgrade / Issue Resolved / Answer Accepted
