Issue identified :
Netflix will not run
Solution Implemented :
Call customer / Remote Access
Assisted customer in checking the wifi details using his computer.
Checked the Tv's Wifi Connection and the TV was not connected at all
Tried connecting the TV but the signal was too weak to connect.
Advised customer that He will need to have a wifi connection for the TV for Netflix to work.
