there is a hint of what her Apple ID was, Like this

Dear Doris, It was a pleasure helping you with your Apple issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

Activation lock
Solution Implemented :

Call customer and they do not know the Apple ID listed on the phone nor the password to activate it.  Owner's email is not the Apple ID the iphone needs.

Advised customer that the only way to clear the iphone is to bring it to an Apple Store to provide proof of identity and the death certificate of the previous owner.

customer knows that it has to be done - No other Questions.
