I get a power light when I plug the device in.  The micrphone blue light comes on and the voice says ready to pair.  on my I phone in settings it says device not conncected.  Music from iPhone does not play on the Bose device.

Issue identified : Bose Link will not pair using iPhone 
Solution Implemented :  call customer | assist in removing the device in the BT list|restart BT pairing for both devices| paired| test speakers| good| problem solved
