Dear LEE, It was a pleasure helping you with your HP issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : lcd touch screen not responding when cx pressing the numbers to send fax
Solution Implemented : called cx and advised him to perfrom a hard reset on the printer by unplugging the unit from the outlet then press and hold down the power button for 20 secs then plug the cord back in. Screen is now responding after the hard reset. problem solved.
