Bing has highjacked my google search engine, even though my MacBook's Safari has Google as the default setting.

Call customer / Remote Access

Found that it is a Bing hiJack virus

Google result shows up but quickly change to Bing

Assisted customer in installing Malawarebytes for mac

Scanned computer and Quarantined threat

Restarted the computer and tested the browser

Issue resolved
