I think I have 2 apple accounts and my phone is confused. Can the accounts be merged? Before I switch to my new phone (old got wet still barely works) I want to be sure all my contacts are in the cloud and can be switched over. But I've forgotten both passwords.

The apple ID are in an email address for with the @ sign.

Issue identified :

Cannot remember the apple Passwprd and Id set on iphone
Solution Implemented :

Call customer

Checked Under settings > Apple ID and Settings > iTunes and Appstore

Both have the same ID

Requested for password change thru iforgot.apple.com

Password changed

Customer tried signing in to the prompts

issue resolved
