Issue identified :
Cannot recover admin rights to their page.
Solution Implemented :
Call customer / Remote access
Found that there is a page owner set to their account and no admin.
Told customer that they need to check both of the editor if the business manager account is in any of the two editor or they have separate log in for business manager to recover admins rights and if non. It would be better to start a new page as requesting Admin access is not in Facebook's control but in the Page owner level only.
