Issue identified :
Ink cartridge will not move to replace the ink
Solution Implemented :
Call customer and assisted in in going to Set up or the tools icons
Then Choose Maintenance Then select ink cartridge Replacement then it will tell you to open the Ink Area and you will find the Carriage in center ready for ink replacement.
Issue resolved customer was able to access the ink.
