Dear Magdalena, It was a pleasure helping you with your Samsung issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

Forgot Pattern lock

Solution Implemented :

Call customer

Cannot perform a reset because of Restart protection is enabled.

Which requires a password before restart.

Advised customer that the best method to unlock the device is to Bring it to a Samsung center or to where it was bought to have it unlocked or restarted,Advised customer to take not of her google password because it will be required and possible to have the receipt with her.
