APPLE SEND A NEW UPDATE AND TO CONTINUE THEY SAY I HAVE TO ENTER MY APPLE PASSWORD WHICH I DONT HAVE, SO NOW ICANT EVEN MAKE CALLS ON MY NEW OR OLD PHONE. HOWEVER I DID RECIEVE AN INCOMING CALL . hOW DO I SOLVE THIS. I DID MAKE A RECOVERY REQUEST TO APPLE BUT NEVER GOT ANY HELP.... pLEASE HELP ME

Issue identified :

Cannot Remember Password for apple ID
Solution Implemented :Call customer and Assisted in resetting the apple ID thru iforgot.apple.com

Passwprd changed and  iphone is now activated.
