As of the moment we cannot perform a remote access to the computer that is having a problem since it is not booting to windows. Is this the best time to call you since I am going to provide you steps that you need to do to fix the problem.

Dear Tracey, It was a pleasure helping you with your DEll issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : computer is not accepting his password
Solution Implemented : chat/called cx and found out that the microsoft account is an old email address that is not working anymore. told cx that we need to restore the computer back to factory defaults. cx agreed. helped cx restore the computer. Computer is now workign after the restore. problem solved.
