Can you try placing back the original Epson cartridges and let see if the error will disappear.

Dear Louis, It was a pleasure helping you with your Epson issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

Error using non Epson ink.

Solution Implemented :

Call customer and found that the other color ink are not getting an error.

Advised customer tha if it is the same brand with the cartridge giving out the error then it is not because it is a non epson ink but something else about the cartridge.

Customer checked the cartridge again and found that one ink is misplaced.

Placed the correct color of the cartridge

issue resolved
