Issue identified : VM flashing button keeps blinking after resetting 
Solution Implemented :  call customer|new phone | old phone has the same problem | reset vmwi| tried sending message | delete message| advise to turn off the vm service by calling the telecom and advise to turn the answering machine feature to get vocemail messages|accepted answer
