Dear Gerald, It was a pleasure helping you with your Panasonic today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : cx wants to know when the batterys is completely charge

Solution Implemented : called cx and told him that there is no indication or indicators that the battery is fully charged but he can monitor the charging hours for the device which is 15 hours max. Told cx that he can use the device until the battery is fully drained and charge it again for straight 15 hours or overnight. cx agreed. answer accepted.
