my phone stopped working and the screen said that it needs to be activated.i spoke to an apple person yesterday and she said that my phone had not had any software updates since 2015. she told me to connect to itunes to reactivate. i did an it still says it needs to be activated. what do i do now?

Call customer and checked the iphone.

Phone needs to be activated via an itunes only since the phone has to be updated as well for it to reactivate

Customer have no device to perform activation.

Advised customer that he will need to take it in to an apple store for update and activation.

Assisted in scheduling an appointment to her desired store.

Cannot reach activation server.

Solution Implemented :

Call customer and checked the iphone.

Phone needs to be activated via an itunes only since the phone has to be updated as well for it to reactivate

Customer have no device to perform activation.

Assisted in scheduling an appointment to her desired store.
